Industry Standard for Bartender to Guest Ratio 

For Beer & Wine Service 1 bartender: 65 guests 

For Full Bar Service 1 bartender: 50 guests

We have a large staff on call and can handle events of any size. Our recommendation is to hire a bar manager for larger events (100+ guests with multiple satellite bars) and several bartenders and barbacks. Bar Managers take a huge workload off the hands of event planners or party hosts and ensure that all of the bars are operating in a timely, coordinated and excellent way. 

At this time, the answer is no. Due to Texas laws, our packages do not include alcohol. Barchef Exclusive is a dry-hire bar, which means the client is responsible for all the alcohol purchase. This will help you avoid markups by caterers and allows you to control your budget. Our service will include a shopping list for quantity and product suggestions according to your event.

Ice is also not included. Some venues may have an ice machine available for use. Depending on the number of guests for your event, you may need to purchase additional ice to ensure proper service and cooling for the entire night. Recommendation of 3-5 lbs. of ice per guest.

If the venue does not have proper storage for ice, there are ice machine rental options. 

We are open to any occasion. Wedding reception, grand opening, brand activation, birthday party, company event, open house, graduation, family reunion, private event, holiday party, background for television shows, commercials and movies. 

Yes, we carry General and Liquor Liability Insurance. Our staff is also TABC and Food Handler Certified. 

In the event of inclement weather, the host is responsible for the tent coverage of the bar. We are happy to work with your tent vendor to find the appropriate size tent for your event. 

We require flat ground for service, early access for set-up and one 120-volt standard outlet within 50 feet. Anything more than 50 feet will require a generator. We can add a generator for an additional fee. 

Our popup bar is about 6 feet long and 4 feet wide, our mobile bar is about 13 feet long and 7.5 feet wide. The space must be big for a full-size truck to park the mobile bar.
