With over 15 years of food and beverage experience, Bachelor of Science in Culinary Management from the Art Institute of Dallas and working from a wide range of restaurants and hotels bars, Jason created Barchef Exclusive in 2023. The best part of being in the hospitality industry is serving and meeting people from all walks of life.
